Payment, disclosure, terms
The Boston Truck Collective's goal is to provide transportation for projects and supplies round-trip to Burning Man. Our primary goal is to raise enough money through fund-raising and share sales to cover the cost of the shipment and materials needed to make the project happen. All leftover funds from this year will be rolled into next year's project or donated to redtail collective.

This is a community project, meaning, we are not serving you. You make the project happen. We serve you, you serve us, we all serve each other.

Payment in Full is required for your space to be officially reserved. Please pay immediately to insure that you get your shares. You will loose your reservation if payment is not received after one week if there is still a demand for space.

Refunds are not generally given out unless there is a good reason. This is a community event, it can not happen without everyone chipping in. Please do not sign up and then ask to cancel at the last minute. Seriously, we don't give refunds unless there is a critical reason to do so. Refunds are not given out after the container has been paid for under any circumstances. The container is usually paid for at the end of July. If you decide you don't need your space, please let us know.

Payment may be made with cash, check, or paypal. You will receive payment information once you sign up.

If you are using the container and you are not local to Boston, you must arrange for a way to get your items to the container and back. We will not accept shipments via UPS or any other carrier, or ship items back to you.

You schedule your plans around us. You are required to help out in loading and unloading of the container unless other arrangements are made.
